Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer

The individual or legal entity registering on the platform and purchasing a subscription. The billing details entered at checkout shall prevail.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the terms of the digital subscription service purchased by the Buyer through the Keskintech Marketplaces platform, and sets out the rights and obligations of both parties in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service Information

The purchased service is a subscription to the Keskintech Marketplaces API Gateway (apigw), which integrates WooCommerce and other supported e-commerce platforms with Trendyol, Pazarama and other marketplaces.

4. Price & Payment

The service fee is determined by the plan selected at checkout and the following tax rules apply:

  • Buyers in Turkey: 20% VAT is added to the listed price.
  • Buyers outside Turkey: No VAT is applied (0% VAT).

The amount shown at checkout is the final amount inclusive of any applicable tax.

Payments are processed securely by iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., a payment institution licensed by the Turkish Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK). Card details are not stored by us.

Auto-renewal: If auto-renewal is enabled, the same amount is charged automatically at the end of each billing period. If disabled, the subscription expires at the end of the current period with no further charge.

5. Service Delivery

The digital subscription is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. The Buyer may begin using the service by logging into the platform and assigning a website to their licence.

Start of service use: Service use is deemed to have commenced when the Buyer assigns a website to their licence for the first time and sends the first API request to the system. This moment is decisive for the right of withdrawal (see Section 7).

6. Invoice

Following payment, an invoice will be issued within 7 (seven) business days and made available as a PDF attached to the relevant order record on the Buyer's Orders page in the dashboard. The invoice will also be sent to the registered email address.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the billing information entered at checkout is complete and accurate to enable correct invoicing.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the Buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital service agreements, subject to the following conditions:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, email info@keskintechmarketplaces.com or submit a request via the support system. Requests will be processed within 14 days and approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of approval.

Important: By accepting this agreement and the Refund Policy at checkout, the Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed in advance that the right of withdrawal will be forfeited once service use commences, and expressly consents to this condition.

8. Obligations of the Parties

Seller's Obligations

  • Activate the service immediately upon payment confirmation
  • Issue and deliver the invoice within 7 business days
  • Process approved refund requests within 14 days
  • Notify the Buyer of service interruptions within a reasonable time
  • Process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

Buyer's Obligations

  • Pay subscription fees on time
  • Keep registration and billing information accurate and up to date
  • Comply with the Terms of Service
  • Maintain account security

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at info@keskintechmarketplaces.com for an amicable resolution.

Buyers acting as consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts under Law No. 6502. Commercial disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.

Buyers residing in the European Union or European Economic Area retain the right to benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
