Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. Overview

At Keskintech Marketplaces, user satisfaction is our priority. This policy clearly sets out the refund and withdrawal conditions for subscription purchases.

As our service is digital in nature, the provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation applicable to digital content and services apply.

2. Right of Withdrawal

When you purchase a subscription, you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the subscription date, without giving any reason, provided the following conditions are met:

By accepting this policy and the Distance Sales Agreement at checkout, you acknowledge that you have been informed in advance that the right of withdrawal will be forfeited once service use commences, and you expressly consent to this condition. This is in accordance with Article 49(4) of Law No. 6502.

3. Start of Service Use

Any of the following actions constitutes the start of service use and forfeiture of the right of withdrawal:

  • Assigning a website URL to your licence via the platform
  • Sending the first API request to the apigw via the plugin

These events are logged by the system and referenced in refund assessments.

4. Refund Conditions

Full Refund — Within Withdrawal Period

Requests made within 14 days before service use commences are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee. This applies to monthly, 3-month and annual plans.

After Service Use Commences

No refund is provided after a website has been assigned to your licence or the first API request has been sent. This applies to all subscription periods (monthly, 3-month, annual) and to any remaining period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Exception — Serious Platform Outage

In the event of a serious service outage caused by Keskintech infrastructure that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a case-by-case assessment may be made. This is not an entitlement but a goodwill gesture offered at our discretion. To request an assessment, contact info@keskintechmarketplaces.com.

5. Refund Process

  1. Send an email to info@keskintechmarketplaces.com or submit a request via the support system.
  2. Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days and either approved or declined with a reason.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days, depending on your payment method.
  4. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (same card or account via iyzico).

Including your order number and registered email address in your request will help us process it more quickly.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after service use has commenced
  • Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations
  • Complaints arising from outages of marketplace APIs or third-party services
  • Losses resulting from User misconfiguration or incorrect use
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day withdrawal period (except goodwill assessments)

7. Free Trial

No payment is taken during the 7-day free trial, so no refund is applicable. At the end of the trial period:

  • Auto-renewal on → a paid subscription begins and this policy applies.
  • Auto-renewal off → access ends with no charge.
